Dillow, McEachern & Associates, P.A. was initially formed by Robert E. Dillow, Jr., in 2003. Mr. Dillow had moved to Wilmington in 1998 after having practiced several years in Greenville, North Carolina. Mr. Dillow concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal defense in District Court and Superior Court, and personal injury. In 2005 Mr. Dillow was joined by Wilmington native Mary Margaret McEachern, who had been in practice since 1996. Ms. McEachern has a general civil practice, concentrating in the areas of estate planning and administration, guardianship, homeowners associations, business and corporate matters, complex litigation, collections, construction litigation, copyright and trademark, and litigation in the federal courts.
